What is JWCC eConsult?
JWCC eConsult enables you to have a consultation with your doctor via a video call using your phone or computer from the comfort of your residence!
To support your healthcare needs during the period of COVID-19 outbreak, this service is giving you the option to receive medical advice without having to go to the clinic.

Our staff will determine whether your situation is suitable for eConsult. In some cases, you might be asked to make an in-person appointment at the clinic instead.

Once your appointment is confirmed, our staff will take you through payment options and send you the required eConsult consent form.

Once the form is signed and the payment is received, our staff will send you a password-protected Zoom link for your appointment.*
*Both the form & payment have to be done at least 2 hours prior to the consultation or JWCC reserves the right to release the appointment slot.

At your scheduled appointment time, simply click the Zoom link and you will be connected with your doctor over Zoom.

What Conditions are Suitable?
Not all conditions are suitable for our eConsult service.
Our staff will assess your current situation and determine whether or not eConsult is right for you. All appointments are arranged in consultation with our doctors. In some cases, your doctor might request that you make an in-person appointment at the clinic instead.
For more serious conditions or situations, we advise that you still come to our clinic, where we have taken every precaution to ensure the safety of our doctors, staff, nurses and patients.

How Does It Work?
We use password-protected Zoom links to ensure that all communication between you and your doctor remains confidential.
Each appointment will run approximately 10-15 minutes and is for 1 patient ONLY.
- All conversations will be recorded for quality assurance.
- We are currently taking appointments only during regular business hours.
- If the doctors have medicines prescribed for you, our staff will follow up with you either for self collection or delivery. At the moment, we only deliver medicines within Jakarta.
Cancellation Policy:
All payments are non refundable. You may reschedule your eConsult service within 3 months of your purchase. Any changes made within 24 hours of your appointment time will incur Rp. 100.000 administrative fee. 100% cancellation fee will apply if there is no show after 5 minutes of the appointment time.
